who am i? am i defined by my character, my personalities? or perhaps by my actions? yet so much of these things can be influenced by society and upbringing, parents, teachers and friends. how do u know u really are living your own life, the way u want it to be, when everywhere else u turn there is an opposing force, crushing your ideals, messing with your mind and decisions, everything else trying to bend your will to theirs. so what am i living for? is it to be what i am now or perhaps something better? in the search for one's self is a jorney many do not make, being so caught up in the daily rat race of what others would call "living", that being studying and getting top results or working and earning lots of money. the journey does not guarantee you would find the answer, then again, is there a need to know? after all life is only so short. why confound yourself with these profound questions if there isnt a point in knowing? because after death you will cease to be, in this world, on this earth. after death will be eternal life, as God's child. perhaps we were defined even before we came to live. first as sinners, then as God's child when we believe in Christ. so is there that much disparities in who we are? after all there is only so many choices we can make...
